Back by popular demand is the Hospital Hero Hike, an exciting challenge for, individuals, teams and groups looking to have a rewarding and fun day out.

This picturesque route takes you on a countryside walk through Suffolk and Essex, passing beautiful historic locations and walking side-by-side with our amazing NHS staff.

With a twist for 2024, the 21* mile route will start at Ipswich Hospital and finishing at Colchester Hospital.

Challenge yourself this spring and you will be taking care of your friends and family when they need you most.

You will be providing patients and staff at your local hospitals and community sites with the extras that go above and beyond what the NHS can provide, but which can make a vital difference to health and healing.

We would love for you to fundraise for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charities Staff Wellbeing Fund however you can also support the ward, department or appeal that means the most to you.
