What's the course like?

Our classic 5k and 10k courses are unchanged and take you on a familiar scenic route past popular local landmarks such as the Spa Valley Railway Line and The High Rocks.

Our NEW half marathon is an undulating route, starting with the 5k and 10k runners before venturing into Groombridge and Eridge then re-joining the end of the 10k route as you head to the finish line.

Our Family Fun Run takes families on an adventure through the common and around Wellington Rocks. Participants have the option of completing 1 or 2 loops of the route before receiving their finishers medal.

What about fundraising?

We ask all Hospice Runners over the age of 13 to raise sponsorship for their run but we would love for younger participants to get involved too with the help of friends and family.

We rely on your sponsorship for the success of Hospice Run; this year we are aiming to raise over £60,000 to support patients and their loved ones.

Our fundraising team are here every step of the way to give you easy tips and tricks to reach your fundraising target.

Runners that raise over a certain amount will be eligible for an exclusive Hospice Run gift!
