The Hogsmill 5 is a friendly women-only running race over 5 miles, organised each year by the Epsom Allsorts. With no cut-off time it’s a perfect target for absolute beginners, and enjoyed by established runners too.
The minimum age for the main race is 16.
The race is mostly flat, with start and finish at the Harrier Centre athletics track in West Ewell, and explores the picturesque parkland in the Hogsmill Local Nature Reserve, including the newly completed wetlands..
Please note that this race does not permit the use of headphones except for bone-conducting headphones permitted by UK Athletics.
Early bird entries are £18 with UK Athletics affiliated runners and £20 non-affiliated until 29 February 2024. Thereafter £20 with UK Athletics affiliated runners and £22 for non-affiliated.
Limited parking available at the venue.

There are also children’s races over various distances (ranging from from 100m - 400m) which will take place on the athletics track before the main event. The number of children’s races will depend on the number of entrants. Entry to the children’s races is £1 per child and can be made in person on race day. Children's races will start at 09:30am.
