Our 1,000 Mile challenge is back... with a twist! You'll have a year to complete your 1,000 miles, this time our virtual map will take you around the UK to locations where our Mobile Cancer Care Units help patients. You can take your time, enjoy the scenery and our landmark updates, whether you walk, run or cycle.

Anyone can take part in this challenge - One Step at a Time. Why not take part with family and friends and get involved. Not only will you be spending precious time with the people you love, you'll be staying active and raising funds to help keep the wheels turning, ensuring people living with cancer don't have their dictated by their treatment
