THERE IS NO EASY WAY THRU’ HELL & BACK!

Ireland’s toughest physical & mental endurance challenge – are you tough enough? HELL & BACK, is the country’s largest and most popular obstacle course run. On the 21^st of September 2024, the stunning Killruddery Estate in Bray, Co Wicklow is converted into an adventure playground, where participants must complete an 8KM trail route crossing rivers and lakes, climbing hills and mountains and crawling through bogs and swamps.

To survive, you must conquer all the elements thrown at you, whether that is the temperamental weather conditions, the gruelling natural environment or the torturous man-made obstacles. The fundraising target for Hell & Back is €450 and includes the registration fee of €59.
