Join us for a fun day out at Heli Hike, sponsored by Big Motoring World, on Saturday 24th September; our new walk to help raise money for your local Air Ambulance Charity.

Heli Hike is our exciting new event, suitable for all ages and abilities. There’s a choice of two routes (3 or 7.5 miles), each starting and finishing at the historic Friars in Aylesford, where afterwards you’ll be able to enjoy live music, refreshments and child-friendly activities as well as a chance to meet our crew. Get involved with friends, family, colleagues and even your dog!

We are asking you to join us for a fun filled day, so that if someone you know needs us, we can be by their side, delivering the best possible care, within 30 minutes. Your support of Heli Hike will make a difference.

Our fundraising events are a vital source of income for us. Use your sign-up to Heli Hike to ask your friends, family and colleagues for sponsorship. A fundraising page will automatically be created for you, to help get you started.

£100 is the approximate cost of the protective footwear our doctors or paramedics wear. They need to get from the helicopter to the casualty as quickly as possible, no matter the weather or terrain, so it is vital they wear the right footwear.
