Terms and Conditions

Final payments

If you are making a holding deposit, please note all full and final payments must be received by the end of January 2025 to claim the early bird discount and guarantee your table place. We will reach out to you at the start of January to request payment. Any payments not made by this date will result in you paying full price for the table, or may result in you losing your space at the event should we be oversubscribed. 

Attendee Cancellation 

Should you wish to cancel your attendance at the Heaven Sent Ball please provide Alexander Devine Children's Hospice with as much notice as possible. In order to receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received at least four weeks prior to the date of the event. Any cancellation received after this time will not be considered, unless in extenuating circumstances, due to payments already having been made to the venue by our children's hospice service.  

Event Cancellation

Should the event be postponed or cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, all guests will receive the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund for the tickets paid. 

Photography

Photos will be taken throughout the event and your image may be used in promotion of future events. If you wish to withdraw photo consent, please email fundraising@alexanderdevine.org and make yourself known to a member of staff at the registration on the evening of the event.
