Get FIT with HIIT this February 

Regular exercise is good for both your physical and mental health and we all know that when you exercise together, you are more likely to succeed. That’s why we have teamed up with Belfast gym The HIIT Locker to support you through this 4-week virtual HIIT challenge. 

How often do I need to exercise?  

The challenge is to commit to a minimum of 3 live HIIT sessions per week. There are various sessions to choose from The HiiT locker app, whether you are an early bird or night owl, there will be something to suit you.

What support will I receive?  

  • Daily check-in texts 
  • Access to group nutrition coaching  
  • Access to private members Facebook page where you can connect with others and share tips. 
  • Access to Online Nutrition Course where you can learn how to get results while still eating foods you enjoy.  

Who are you helping?  

Every day brings new challenges at TinyLife. Every day around 500 families from across Northern Ireland are being supported by our Family support team, both within their own home and out in local communities. And every day that you complete a HiiT session and raise money, you'll help TinyLife Charity give premature babies the support each family needs.  

HOW MUCH IS IT?  

Registration is £37, plus sugested £50 sponsorship, includes your one-to-one support, helping you achieve your goals - that’s less than £3 per session and raise funds from friends, family and colleagues, you can lose llb’s by raising a few ££’s for TinyLife, it’s a WIN:WIN
