Terms & Conditions

I agree;
1. To make every effort to meet my sponsorship target of �300 per person and have at least �150 raised 2 weeks before the event. If I have not reached this target, I understand I may not receive a running vest or t-shirt for the race.

2. To send on any funds raised directly to York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity within 1 month of your challenge.

3. Once booked, your registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Great Run Company.

4. Your email address will be shared between York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity and The Great Run Company.

5. You enter the challenge entirely at your own risk and York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity shall not be liable for any injury or loss which you may suffer or incur as a result of your participation in this event. It is each individual’s responsibility to prepare and ensure an appropriate level of fitness to take part.

6. You are happy for York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity to use your name, any footage or photographs taken of you during your preparation for and participation in the event in future marketing materials unless informed otherwise. 

7. You will keep York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity informed of any changes to your contact details before the event and let them know if you can no longer take part.
