This is a 2.5km handicapped lake swim with a 4.5km option for those who can complete the course in 90mins or less.

Participants have to be capable of swimming 2.5km competently.

Its an interesting fresh-water swim with good boat cover and shore monitoring, in one of Irelands most beautiful lakes, the source of the Lee.

Include an accurate time for 1km for handicapping purposes or your Lee Swim time.

Registration from 2:00pm -3:30pm 

This event is run with the continued involvement of Cork Lions Club who are raising funds to install defibrillators all over Cork city centre. When complete there will be a defib available in no more than 5 minutes from any location around cork city. 

Entry fee includes post swim soup and sandwiches in Cronins Cafe
