A day of theory, simulation and work stations covering a range of medical topics hosted by Specialist Paramedics in Critical Care from Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC).

Open to SWAST registered healthcare professionals, technicians and apprentice paramedics.

Date: Thursday May 7 and Friday May 8 (one day course, content is the same across both days, please book one day only.)

  • The undifferentiated shock patient
  • Respiratory, neurological and cardiovascular emergencies
  • Toxicology 
  • Adult and paediatric patients 

What to bring: Please wear your ambulance uniform, bring PPE / wet weather gear. Lunch is not provided, please bring your own lunch and snacks.
