GWAAC Education Day: The Peri-Arrest Medical Patient

A day of theory, simulation and work stations covering a range of medical topics hosted by Specialist Paramedics in Critical Care from Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC).
Open to SWAST registered healthcare professionals, technicians and apprentice paramedics.
Date: Wednesay 4 Feburary and Thursday 5 February (one day course, content is the same across both days, please book one day only.)

Parking: Parking is available on site, please park in the overflow parking area. Drive to the end of the driveway and continue right, past the base building to the car park at the bottom of the slope.

- The undifferentiated shock patient
- Respiratory, neurological and cardiovascular emergencies
- Toxicology
- Adult and paediatric patients
What to bring: Please wear your ambulance uniform, bring PPE / wet weather gear. Lunch is not provided, please bring your own lunch and snacks.
