Key Objectives:

  • Understand the foundational theoretical and practice based principles of self-compassion, self-kindness, common humanity and mindfulness.
  • Through facilitator led contemplative practice recognise and challenge negative - automatic, inflexible, critical and unproductive patterns of thought, interactions and decision making.
  • Develop a greater sense of selfless-ness, gratitude, fulfilment and positive self-worth to mitigate negative self-worth, generalised tiredness and fatigue.
