Firewalking—yes, actually walking barefoot over burning hot coals—is one wild and ancient tradition that’s been around for centuries. The coals can reach a scorching 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit, but somehow, people manage to cross them without getting burned!

How is that even possible? Well, it turns out the coals form a layer of ash that helps protect the feet, and firewalkers use mental tricks like staying focused, thinking positive thoughts, and walking quickly and confidently.

It’s not just about the heat—firewalking is also a cool (okay, hot) way to face your fears and show yourself what you’re really capable of. It’s like telling your brain, “Hey, if I can do this, I can do anything!

Our Firewalk is happening on Saturday, 25th October, right outside to the front left of the Hospice. Before the big walk, there will be a special seminar to help you prepare—mind, body, and spirit!

This is going to be a truly memorable evening, and we can't wait to see you there. Bring your courage, your energy, and get ready to walk through fire (literally)!
