By accepting one of these places, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

To pay a declared registration fee of �20 and achieve minimum sponsorship of �150 for Helen & Douglas House. Each participant must raise at least �100 of their minimum fundraising target by 18 October in order to participate, and the remainder no later than one month after the event. 

All registration fees and donations are non-refundable even in the case of injury and/or not taking part in the event. 

By registering for the Firewalk you agree to do so at your own risk. Helen & Douglas House shall not accept liability for any injury to person as a result of participation in this event (except where Helen & Douglas House are responsible for such injury to person).

Helen & Douglas House shall also not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to participants; property or property belonging to third parties, however this may arise.

Helen & Douglas House reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the format of the event where necessary due to circumstances outside our control.  We will communicate any major changes to participants as soon as it becomes necessary to do so.

Helen & Douglas House expects all participants taking part in the event to follow all health & safety requirements communicated to you on the day, to help ensure everyone's safety.

You give permission for Helen & Douglas House to use any pictures or video footage taken of/by the registered participant on the day for promotional advertising or other uses as deemed appropriate. 

Entrants taking part in the Firewalk must be 12 years or over at the date of event and have parental/guardian consent if under 18 years old.

The fire walk element of the event is organised by an external event company, UK Firewalk, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the fire walk activity, including all health and safety requirements.

The Event organisers reserve the right to stop participants if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Participants must follow instructions from Helen & Douglas House and UK Firewalk staff at all times.

Your registration fee helps us to cover the cost of your place and your fundraising will help make a difference to the terminally ill babies and children we support.
