Terms and Conditions Firewalk 2024
1.	The fire walk is being managed by a third-party organiser Charity Firewalk who reserve the right to cancel or stop a fire walk if there is a sign of potential dangers.
2.	Anyone aged 18 and over can take part in the fire walk. 
3.	Upon registering you will be asked to provide an emergency contact name and number for someone who will be available on the day of the event who is not also taking part in the Firewalk. 
4.	When you arrive at the event, you will be asked to fill in a waiver by Charity Firewalk.
5.	The event is covered by Charity Firewalk Certificate of Insurance.
6.	St. Michael's Hospice advises participants to take out their own insurance to cover themselves for all aspects of the event.
7.	St. Michael�s Hospice cannot accept liability for any property you may lose or damage during this event.
8.	Participants must follow instructions given by the event organisers, Hospice staff, volunteers or medical personnel throughout the duration of the event.  Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the event.
9.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
10.	If the weather changes and should the event need to be modified, postponed or cancelled you will be notified as soon as possible.
11.	You are responsible for your own medical condition.  If you are in any doubt about your health or have a medical condition that could be affected by this activity, we kindly ask you to obtain your doctors approval before participating in the event.  You take part at your own risk.
12.	Alcohol and drugs are NOT permitted at the event.
13.	By taking part all participants confirm that they are happy for any footage or photographs to be taken and used to publicise the event and the Hospice.  Should exemption be required, it is the responsibility of the participant to inform St. Michael�s Hospice.
14.	If your postal address, email address or telephone number details change, you MUST inform us as soon as possible by emailing: events@stmichaelshospice.org.uk. If this is not done, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all event communications.
15.	No persons are authorised to be within the fire walk arena unless taking part in the event or advised to do so by a member of the Charity Firewalk team.
16.	St Michael�s Hospice reserves the right to update its terms and conditions in relation to the event at any time prior to the event.  All participants will be provided with any updated terms and conditions in advance of the event or on the day itself.
17.	We will plan to run to the timings detailed in your confirmation though these may need to be adjusted slightly as to the requirements of the organising company on the night.
18.	Participants acknowledge the sharing of their personal data to relevant third-party event suppliers for insurance purposes. You also agree for us to share that data with third parties where appropriate.
19.	Parking is not available on the Hospice grounds for this event, parking is available at Parklands Hospital opposite the hospice.
20.	Capacity limits this event at 80 participants taking part.
21.	All sponsorship money must to be sent to St. Michaels Hospice (North Hampshire) by 1 1 December 2024.
