Event Information

I understand that by taking part in the Erskine Forres Firewalk, I must pay a registration fee of �20 and raise a minimum sponsorship of �150. Time will be given for me to fundraise after the event. *

I acknowledge that I am taking part in this event at my own risk and that Erskine Veterans Charity will not be held responsible for any injury or illness resulting from my participation in the event. I will consult my doctor if I have any health concerns. *

I understand that Erskine Veterans Charity reserves the right to use any photographs from the event for future promotion. *

I understand that Erskine Veterans Charity Firewalk is planned to take place only on Sunday 10th November 2024 *

I understand that I must follow any Health and Safety regulations when participating in Erskine Veterans Charity Firewalk *

I confirm I am 18 years of age or older. If I am under the age of 18, I must attend the event with an adult who will sign a waiver form, consenting to my participation.

I understand if wind speeds of 30 mph plus are forecast or there is a Met Office weather warning, the event will be postponed due to safety reasons. An alternative date will be agreed.
