This year, Disability North is proudly celebrating 40 years of championing the rights, independence, and inclusion of disabled people across the North East and we want YOU to be part of it!

We have supported thousands of individuals and families through advice, independent living services, and community partnerships. We’ve come a long way, but there’s still so much more to do.

To mark this milestone, we're throwing a special celebration on Friday 24th October at our home in the Dene Centre, and we’re inviting our community, supporters, partners, and friends to join us for a day full of connection and fun. 

From live entertainment, inclusive activities, and birthday cake, to a chance to explore our work and hear about our exciting plans for the future, this is more than just a party. It’s a celebration of the impact we’ve made together, and a rallying point for everything that’s yet to come.
