Type 2 Diabetes Support Course
If your doctor or diabetes team have already registered you for a place on a course, you do not need to register here. You will be contacted by the local service when a place becomes available. Please note the preferred route to access these courses is through your doctor or diabetes team, so they can provide all relevant information (for example medicines and blood results) with the referral.
If you are a health care professional registering a place for a client, it is now recommended to link with the local community dietitian service and use the local referral system to provide the relevant clinical information with the referral (e.g. Healthlink). Thank you for referring your client to this service.
These courses are not training for health care professionals, carers or support workers. If you require specific training to care for a person living with diabetes as part of your job, please discuss your training needs with your manager.
