Dance for Diabetes 2026
Imagine helping to fund a sensory garden, library books or new equipment ... simply by dancing.
We are thrilled to announce that Dance for Diabetes will be returning to schools from the start of the Summer Term 2026, culminating in an exciting whole-school finale performance during the last week of term, beginning Monday 18th May 2026.
This unique initiative not only promotes physical activity and health education but also provides a fantastic opportunity for primary schools to raise valuable, unbudgeted and unrestricted funds.
Developed by national charity Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation (DRWF), this programme enables pupils to get active right in their classrooms. Carefully crafted to raise awareness of diabetes, Dance for Diabetes offers fun through movement while supporting both your school and an important cause.
Over the past four years, the event has raised more than £75,000, with over £30,000 donated directly to participating schools - thanks to our unique commitment to return 40p of every £1 raised.
Join us in inspiring families, educating communities, and making a difference - one dance step at a time!
