Please note that your desired start time is not guaranteed, and is subject to change, however, we will do our best to schedule you at the time you selected.

Each participant must pay a 50euro NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure their place.

On top of the 50 euro deposit, each participant must commit to raising 300 euro for Focus Ireland. 

We can provide you with any material you may need, and we will be here to support you if you need any help raising funds. Abseil Experience is provided by Adventure.ie. 

Their highly experienced and qualified instructors will guide you through the process. Insurance is provided by Adventure.ie. Focus Ireland is not responsible for any injury or loss of personal belongings on the day.�

Fitness is not very important but agility/mobility is; reaching the start of the abseil requires the descending of 3 short ladders and climbing over a barrier. If a participant has mobility issues, they must speak to us in advance. 

Anyone who has had recent surgery, is/may be pregnant, has back pain or other medical/mobility issues, or is over 65, must seek their GP's advice before partaking in this event. Please note that our abseil have a weight restriction of 120kg per individual.
