The annual five mile run follows a route which, apart from the final mile, is nearly all on footpaths on and around Arbrook Common. Only moderate hills are encountered.
The course uses the same improved route as previous years and takes full advantage of the pathways of Arbrook Common to provide a beautiful run through the woods of Claygate. The course maintains the same footpath/road balance as in previous years. The run starts and finishes at Claygate Recreation Ground and features chip to chip timing.
