1. Event Description: The charity clay pigeon shoot event ("Event") is organized by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance in partnership with Spitfire Shoot to raise funds for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. The Event will take place at Spitfire Shoot, Stockbridge on 10 May 2025.

2. Participant Eligibility: Participation in the Event is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the possession and use of firearms.

3. Registration: Participants must register for the Event in advance by completing the registration form and paying the required registration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable.

4. Safety: Safety is paramount at the Event. All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the Event organisers and the designated shooting range staff. Any violation of safety rules may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Event.

5. Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring their own firearms and any necessary safety gear. Only shotguns suitable for clay pigeon shooting are permitted at the Event, and all participants bring their own firearm, must also bring their license/certificate. All cartridges/ammunition will be provided on the day, please notify the event organiser at the time of booking of what ammunition you use. Firearms will be provided for those who do not have their own. 

6. Liability: Participants acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or property damage. By participating in the Event, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Event organisers, sponsors, and venue from any liability arising from their participation.

7. Prizes: Prizes may be awarded to top-performing participants based on predetermined criteria established by the Event organisers. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

8. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the Event. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Event organisers may result in disqualification and removal from the Event.

9. Cancellation: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Event organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event. In such cases, registration fees may be refunded or applied to a future Event at the discretion of the organisers.

10. Photography and Media: By participating in the Event, participants grant permission to the Event organisers to use their likeness, photographs, and/or video recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken please let someone know on the day.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Event organisers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the Event website.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
