Wave of Love is a remembrance event where families are invited to tie a message to a flower and place it on our heart sculpture in memory of their loved ones. This very special event is an opportunity for heart families to come together, remember their loved ones, and pause in a moment of shared remembrance.

Our next Wave of Love event will take place on Saturday 22nd of August 2026 at Littlehaven Beach, South Shields, NE33 2LF. We will meet on Littlehaven Beach at 1.30pm to place flowers on the heart sculpture, before watching it go out to sea, whilst being beautifully serenaded by the Blue Light Choir. 

South Shields Sailing Club have kindly agreed to host us so there'll be tea and coffee afterwards for those that wish to join. If you'd like to join us afterwards, the event will finish around 3.30pm.❤️
