Let’s kick off Christmas in style

This really is the concert to go to this Christmas. It’s the perfect way to spread festive cheer, whilst raising vital funds to support patients, their families, and our amazing NHS staff at our ten hospitals across Bristol and Weston

From the amazing harmonies of Hannah More Primary School to the Christmassy Dickens-style Owls of Pill and our very own Hospital Choir delivering medicine in the form of music, the evening will end with Bristol’s own Bristol A Cappella, who will bring a splendid performance to close the show.

Peppered in-between these star acts will be carols accompanied by St Mary Redcliffe's resident organist Claire Alsop, as well as heart-warming stories from hospital staff, patients and fundraisers, all perfectly orchestrated by our host BBC Radio Bristol’s John Darvall.

The doors open at 6:45pm and the concert starts at 7:30pm.

A brief trigger warning: Christmas is not only a time for kindness but also a time to reflect on the year. For some, this may mean reflecting on loved ones they’ve lost and we’ll be hearing from a supporter who lost their father last year. We’re aware that, for some, this may be emotionally challenging. We hope our moment of reflection at the Christmas Star Concert will provide some comfort during the festive period.
