We give help, hope, and a voice to everyone affected by cancer. We understand how cancer can impact every aspect of life and how it affects families and friends too. Our wide range of services offer information, advice, and specialist support to people living with cancer, and their loved ones.
We’re committed to listening to the real experiences of people affected by cancer in Wales to drive the changes that make a difference.
Together with our inspiring community of supporters, volunteers, and fundraisers, we’re determined to be here for everyone affected today, tomorrow and beyond.
There are two ways to secure your place.
Charity Place
To become one of Tenovus Cancer Care's charity place runners sign up for just £10 when you pledge to raise £250 sponsorship for our charity. Don't worry, our helpful and professional fundraising team will be there to support you the whole way!
Ballot Place / Own Place
If you are lucky enough to secure your own place, but still want to support cancer patients, just join Team Tenovus as an own place runner. You'll receive the same support as our charity place runners, but there's no minimum fundraising target. Meaning you can select a target that's right for you.

As one of our Cardiff Half Marathon runners, you'll receive the best support from our expert fundraising team. We'll also provide:

- Access to our Team Tenovus Facebook group - allowing you to exchange training tips with other runners

- A friendly and professional team of fundraisers, on hand to help you every step of the way
- The best support on the day, with friendly faces to join you at the beginning and end of the race!

Places for the Cardiff Half Marathon are extremely sought after, if you are unable to take part in the event, please do let us know as soon as possible. If you are unable to take part, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund on your registration.
