Join Parker's Tavern Chef Director, Tristan Welch, in a live cook-along on Friday 19th March in support of Streetsmart & Comic Relief - funds are being split 50/50.
Tristan Welch started his culinary career in London under Gary Rhodes and went on to join Le Gavroche, working under the guidance of Michel Roux Jr. Having also worked in Michellin starred restuarants and under Gordan Ramsey at Petrus - in 2018 he moved back to his home town of Cambridge as Chef Driector of Parker's Tavern.
Join Tristan on Friday 19th March to make some delicious food, learn some new tricks and of course raise some money for some great causes. You'll be able to make one of three variations on a Risotto:
Butternut Squash, Sage and Walnut Risotto
Mushroom Risotto with parsley and garlic
Fresh Herb and White Wine Risotto
