New to the Cabbage Patch 10?

The Cabbage Patch 10 mile race is one of the flattest and fastest 10 milers in the country. Starting and finishing in Twickenham the course follows a loop, crossing the River Thames at Kingston Bridge and Richmond Bridge. This race has sold out for the last ten years.

We are keen to make the race as sustainable as possible for our environment. This year, we will once again be partnering with Pressio, the leading manufacturer of sustainable and environmentally friendly running gear and giving the option to entrants to purchase a race t-shirt for £10 at the point of entry. The race t-shirt features a generic (non-year specific) Cabbage Patch 10 design. We are also retaining the option to pay £5 for race partner Trees not Tees to plant a tree in your name. Please state your preferences on the entry form. All finishers will receive this year's wooden race medal.

Please note, race t-shirts can only be ordered with entries made by 19 June 2026.

This road race is unsuitable for buggies, pushchairs and wheelchairs, which are therefore not permitted. If you are a visually impaired or Deaf runner you are welcome to run with a guide and that place will be issued free of charge. Please enter yourself first then contact us via [email protected] so that we know you will be coming and we will send you an entry link for your guide.

Please note the start time is 09:00am.

The CP10 is a popular race for elite runners. It’s a fast and classic 10-mile race that offers great cash prize money in the men’s and women's races. If you are a sub-52:00 minute (men) or sub-60:00 minute (women) runner at 10 miles, please contact [email protected] to arrange a complimentary entry into this fabulous race.
