CA Lourdesathlon 2021

The CA is calling on all pilgrims and friends to dig out your trainers, skipping ropes, toboggans, wheelchairs and bikes to join together in collectively covering the distance from the UK to Lourdes. We are crucially fundraising £10,000 for the Sanctuaries in Lourdes who will have missed out on our donation over the past 2 years.
On our pilgrimage we will be stopping to collect Assisted Pilgrims, Volunteers, Heads of Service and Members of the Hospitalite from each of our Diocese. Together we will be journeying past Marian shrines of France and finally ending our expedition at the Grotto in Lourdes...just in time for the start of the Virtual Pilgrimage 2021.
Join us at anytime and share your progress with everyone as you go. It's a collective effort so please know you don't have to do the whole thing alone! Thank you so much to everyone who particpates and donates, it's great to see you all here and celebrate the miracle of Lourdes together.
The Catholic Association is a UK-based charity that has been running pilgrimages to Lourdes, France for over a hundred years. The CA is comprised of the diocesan pilgrimages of Clifton, East Anglia, Northampton, Southwark and Stonyhurst College, as well as the Glanfield Children’s Group.
