How did you hear about the Bubble Rush? *

By accepting one of these places, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 
To pay a declared registration fee and achieve minimum sponsorship of �20 for Helen & Douglas House. 
All registration fees and donations are non-refundable even in the case of injury and/or not taking part in the event. 
By registering for the event you agree to do so at your own risk. You confirm agree that I am physical able to participate in the event.  Helen & Douglas House shall not accept liability for any injury to person as a result of participation in this event (except where Helen & Douglas House are responsible for such injury to person).
Helen & Douglas House shall also not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to participants; property or property belonging to third parties, however this may arise.
Helen & Douglas House reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the format of the event where necessary due to circumstances outside our control.  We will communicate any major changes to participants as soon as it becomes necessary to do so.
Helen & Douglas House expects all participants taking part in the event to follow all health & safety requirements communicated to you on the day, to help ensure everyone's safety.
You give permission for Helen & Douglas House to use any pictures or video footage taken of/by the registered participant on the day for promotional advertising or other uses as deemed appropriate. 
The Event organisers reserve the right to stop participants if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Participants must follow instructions from Helen & Douglas House and Off-Limits staff at all times.

Fundraising Pledge - I pledge to try and fundraise at least �20 for Helen & Douglas House (or to raise �50 as a family), to help them support terminally ill babies and children, and their families.
