Decorate or carve a Halloween pumpkin and email your picture to Brighter Futures which we will feature on our facebook page in our pumpkin gallery at Halloween. 

For a £2 entry, we will send you a pumpkin medal for your efforts.  (We have a limited stock, so enter now to avoid disappointment.)

All proceeds will go towards our Better Births appeal -

The birth of a child should be a wonderful, life-changing time for a mother and her whole family. Your support will help us to raise £80,000 to enable our Maternity Department to provide more personalised family friendly births.  We are hoping to purchase:

• Mobile fetal heart monitors to enable mothers in labour to be more active
• A multifunctional birthing bed to offer greater choice
• 18 variable height cots to aid better access to our little ones

 How do I take part?

Design what you would like to do with your pumpkin - do you want to carve it, decorate with paint or decorate in any other creative ways (small children should be supervised with the use of sharp knives, candles etc)

In the build up to Halloween and on the day, prepare your pumpkin and send your photographs to gwh.fundraising@nhs .net for us to display on our special pumpkin gallery on our facebook page  (please give us permission to use any pictures with children in)
