The Brecon Beacons are a stunning set of mountains located in South Wales. Join us for this superb mountain challenge and sumit all 10 peaks in under 24 hours. The route is 36 km long and has 1600 meters of ascent and descent. In joining us you will receive:

• Mountain Guides – Qualified mountain guides with first aid qualifications to lead you on the challenge
• Transport around the challenge and back to your vehicle at the end
• completion certificate and medal

This trek will be run via a third party supplier, Dave Talbot Adventure Events. 

Dave Talbot Adventure Events was setup by Dave Talbot 16 years ago. Dave is a qualified adventure consultant and adventure professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry having worked across the globe for organisations, charities and brands – bringing world class events and experiences to all.  

Dave has a passion for all the activities and events he organises and work on. He has extensive experience and certificated expertise, holding the Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor Award (MCI), and he is a full member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors.  

Dave Talbot wants to pass on his enthusiasm, knowledge and experience on all of his adventure events. The team that work with Dave are the most experienced, qualified instructors in the outdoor industry. They do more than just the hard skills of keeping people safe. They take great photos, teach people about the environment and have friendly banter – helping to make your experience more fun and fulfilling.

This trek is not bespoke to Helen & Douglas House and you will be walking alongside other charities and individuals on the day.
