Get ready for the most exciting fundraiser of the year! The UK’s biggest fun run is coming to Cardiff, and we want you on the Army Benevolent Fund team. This isn’t your average 5k; it’s a course packed with giant slides, bouncy tunnels, and massive obstacles designed for maximum smiles.

Whether you are a seasoned runner or just looking for a lively day out with the family, this challenge is about having fun while raising vital funds for soldiers, veterans, and their families.

Select the challenge that fits your pace. To join our official charity team, there is a £10 entry fee, followed by a commitment to reach our fundraising goal.

5K  2 Laps / 30 Obstacles

10K  4 Laps / 60 Obstacles

15K  6 Laps / 90 Obstacles

Fundraising Minimum £100

The Impact of Your Support: Could provide a veteran in financial distress with an essential food shop and utilities for their family.  Can fund specialist equipment or a home adaptation to help an injured soldier live independently. Could pay for a bereavement support session or mental health coaching for a family member in need.

Team ABF Kit & Arrival

We want to stand out as a force for good!

Your Kit: Please wear sensible running shoes and a long-sleeved top. We will provide an ABF T-shirt to wear over the top so we can grab a team photo before we hit the obstacles!

Arrival 10AM: Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time at the ABF meeting point TBC.

Parking: The venue charges £5 per car (cash only for the marshals).

Bag Drop: is £3.00 per bag. Please ensure bags are no larger than an average rucksack.  The venue are unable to accept any loose items, including keys, wallets, phones, or clothing.

Who Can Join?

The Inflatable 5K is perfect for everyone!

Families: Children aged 5–15 are welcome but must run with an adult (3:1 ratio).

Everyone Else: From absolute beginners to experienced runners looking for a laugh.

Hydration: A water station will be available midway through the route.
