Learn about the unique world of eco-flower farming amongst a sea of seasonal flowers while supporting Heart of Kent Hospice.
Heart of Kent Hospice invites you to an exclusive pre-season event at Blooming Green, a hidden gem at Loddington Farm. The day will offer visitors a unique opportunity to explore the beauty of a flower field in full bloom before it opens to the public for the 2025 picking season!
Enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of something nice as you wander around the field at your leisure. On one of their popular tours, you can admire their stunning array of seasonal flowers, learn about sustainable floriculture from the Blooming Green team, and even choose to pick a few blossoms to take home. Each tour will last approximately thirty minutes.
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, with the opportunity to pick their flowers in a glass jar too!

20% of proceeds from all Pick Your Own (PYO) flower bouquets purchased during this event will go to Heart of Kent Hospice. Speak to the Blooming Green team on arrival to get everything you need.
About the venue: Blooming Green was founded in 2007 by cousins Bek & Jen and has since grown into a happy team of staff and volunteers who, together, form the unique business that exists today. Established on an acre of ground, that was once a Bramley apple orchard, the company now grows flowers and foliage on various sites — although the original flower plot at Loddington Farm is still at the heart of the business. Chemical-free, no-dig and what many people call their ‘happy place’... our flower plot is somewhere we love to share with our customers.
