Stipulations

Please complete your medical form, and bring with you on the day or email in advance.

You must be able to ascend a spiral staircase and use a hatch leading to a roof.

Abseil equipment is rated to support a person from 16 inch waist to 49 inch waist.

Times will be allocated and participants informed in advance of the event.

Long hair must be tied back, leather/pleather/non slip gloves must be worn, lace up flat shoes, jogging bottoms, leggings, trousers also to be worn, and all valuables - including phones, safely in a zipped pocket that does not restrict the harnass or given to a spectator.
