A brand-new event for 2021..

Introducing the Ashgate Hospicecare High Peak Trail Walk, taking place on Saturday 10th July 2021! We have a strictly limited number of places available for this brand-new event with a view to launching more widely in Spring 2022.

Located in the scenic Derbyshire countryside, this trail follows the route of the former Cromford and High Peak Railway, with an 8-mile or 17-mile option available.

This off-road linear walk is completely traffic-free and is a fun day out for all the family! There will be free parking at Cromford Meadows, and free transport will be provided to take you to the start point of the walk so you can walk back to your vehicle at the finish line.  

To ensure participants safety, there will be a staggered start for this event (so the event start and finish times will vary, dependent on your assigned start time). We will let you know your start time a week in advance of the event (as this will depend on the total participant number).
