Alzheimer’s Memory Walk will take place around the country on Sunday 20th September.  

 

 We want this Alzheimer’s Memory Walk to be our biggest and best yet. Join our Local Walk Champions and let’s walk together to spread awareness about Alzheimer’s and other Dementia’s and support those living with dementia and their families.
