To help celebrate National Fitness Day on 23rd September- we're calling on you to take on a virtual fundraising challenge, at any point from now until the end of September.

You'll not only help to raise funds, but you'll be getting active and supporting your own mental health.  You can choose to join as an individual, or as part of a team, and do whatever activity and whatever distance you wish. 

RUN, SWIM, CYCLE, WALK, WHEEL or SCOOT! The choice is YOURS! We just want to see as many people as possible getting active!
