Join AWARE on Sunday 11 September 2022 to make a splash and mark World Suicide Prevention Day!

We'll be braving the icy cold water at Ballyholme Beach and Benone Strand to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health in Northern Ireland.

Whether you're a seasoned swimmer…or more of a toe dipper, take on the challenge and help us continue providing support to those living with depression, anxiety and bipolar.

Once registered, you will receive an information pack and be sent the link for your very own fundraising page! 

By registering your place for the AWARE Sea Splash, to the best of your knowledge, you are fit to participate.

• We will continue to follow government guidelines surrounding COVID-19 and will keep all participants updated if there are any changes to this event
• ALL event registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Over 14's only. All under 18's are to be accompanied by an adult.
