WEATHER UPDATE

With very strong wind gusts forecast for Sunday and with your comfort and safety in mind, we have made some changes to the event and  as a last resort, should the weather conditions prevent us from running around the lake safely, the actual run around the lake will be cancelled on the day.  The wind will also prevent us from having our giant Santa photo opportunity, but the event will continue in the warm upstairs, including:

·       Santa in his grotto

·       Elsa, Spiderman and Captain America

·       Music, games and raffle

Our ‘Best Dressed’ competitions will all still be held and people can still register on the day.

Only service dogs will be allowed upstairs

🎄 What is the 'ADS' SANTA FUN RUN?

• 'The ADS' Santa Fun Run is an annual 'Run for Fun in a (FREE) Santa Suit' 🎅 event to raise money for Alzheimers Dementia Support 'ADS' Charity, a LOCAL, independent charity.
• It's a 5k Run or walk / wheel / jog (approx 3.1 miles) once around Dorney Lake to raise money for LOCAL People affected by Dementia, their Carers & Loved Ones living in Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Slough, Langley & surrounding areas.
• Dogs on leads, children on scooters / in pushchairs and wheelchair participants are all welcome.

Where Does the Money you Raise on the 'ADS' Santa Fun Run Go?

'ADS' is a local and independent Charity that assists, guides and actively supports people living with Dementia, their Carers and Families in our community. Your amazing support and all of the funds raised by 'ADS' are exclusively used to support local People.
