We are pleased to announce the return of BORN 2 RUN EVENTS' - Award winning ACTI-SNACK RUN FOREST RUN WINTER RACE SERIES. This year runners will have the choice of two distances, 10K or 5K.   

The Castlewellan 5K/10K is the 6th and final race in this year’s Run Forest Run Series.

The race starts and finishes in the shadow of the Majestic lakeside castle. Runners will enjoy fantastic views of the Mourne Mountains and the world’s largest permanent Maze. (Only 30 minutes drive from Newry.) Due to the off-road nature of the race route please note distances may vary slightly.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ENTRIES ARE POSTAL SO YOU NEED TO CHOOSE EITHER NI OR ROI POSTAL OPTION.

 If entering another runner/s please note race bibs are sent to participants separately so each are required to pay for postage.   

The atmosphere will be buzzing at this last race when everyone that has completed 5 out of 6 races will receive their FREE Forest Finisher T-shirt and bonus Medal for those who have completed all 6 races.   

 You will be asked your t-shirt size on the Antrim and Castlewellan race registration.  You only need to complete this question once on whichever registration is your 5^th race entry. 

Runners receive a different bespoke medal at each race and those who complete all 6 races will be awarded a bonus medal at this last race in Castlewellan.

BORN2RUN Events have teamed up with Cancer Fund for Children as charity partner for the ACTI-SNACK RUN FOREST RUN race series.
