5k in a Day - Superhero Challenge

The Cornwall Air Ambulance '5k in a Day - Superhero Challenge' is back for its second year!
From Friday 1 - Sunday 3 April 2022, join hundreds of heroic supporters from across the globe who will be donning their superhero costumes, and taking on this virtual 5k challenge - their way!
Whether you complete your mission as Batman, Wonder Woman, or just the hero you are without a costume, you can help us raise the vital funds our incredible critical care paramedics need to continue saving lives across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Whether you choose to take on the challenge with your school, with family and friends, or at work with colleagues, thank you for joining the challenge.
Without heroes like you, we could not fund our lifesaving missions!
When you register for the challenge, a fundraising page will automatically be set up for you. So all you need to do is start sharing the page with friends and family, and start collecting your donations. And don't forget, if you raise a minimum sponsorship of £20 each, you'll receive your very own 5k in a Day medal!
