25 Anniversary challenge

This is a full day, long challenge to work towards and achievable by those who have some previous walking experience, with a good level of fitness and stamina to keep going for up to 12 hours!

This challenge takes on a beautiful, bespoke route totalling 25 miles in celebration of the Hospice’s 25 year anniversary. You’ll be treated to the gorgeous Welsh coastline, breathtaking views of Conwy Castle and some challenging but rewarding ascents as you summit Tal y Fan.

All funds raised will go to St David's Hospice and help allow us to continue to provide vital care and support to those suffering with life limited illnesses in North West Wales.

£16 pays for a bereavement or a complimentary session

£20 pays for 1 hour Inpatient/ Hospice at Home care

£26 pays for a physiotherapy or art therapy session

£200 pays for a patient’s day programme

£500 pays for 10 nurses uniforms

£1000 pays for a new inpatients bed

£2500 pays for a nurse for a month

£5000 pays for the running of our Hospice at Home vehicle for the year
