�25 Challenge � Terms & Conditions
The St David�s Hospice �25 Challenge is an entrepreneurial challenge whereby teams seek to grow an initial investment of �25 into as much money as they possible within 25 days. 
By taking part in the �25 Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
�	You must conduct all your �25 Challenge activities within the 25-day timeframe. 
�	Under no circumstances should the �25 given to you by St David�s Hospice be used for any other purpose. 
�	You must commit to raising as much funds as you can for St David�s Hospice.
�	All profits raised from the Challenge (including the �25 given to you) must be paid back to the hospice within 2 weeks after you complete your 25-day challenge.
�	All your fundraising activities must be legal and ethical. 
�	All our fundraising activities must be safe for all those involved. 
�	St David�s Hospice cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to participants, or their property incurred during participation in the challenge. 
�	Any written communication sent out to members of the public must include the words �in aid of St David�s Hospice� 
�	You must agree to do your research and ensure all health and safety risk and laws are considered.
�	You must abide the Code of Fundraising Practice set out by the Fundraising Regulator. (More information of this can be found here -  www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk
�	If your team is found in breach of these terms and conditions, St David�s Hospice reserves the right to terminate the agreement and you must return �25 plus any profits raised up until the termination, back to the hospice with immediate effect.
