Join Team EMPOWER at the world famous 2024 TCS London Marathon and turn your miles into smiles. The 26.2 mile route will take you through the streets of London and passing by the city's most iconic landmarks. Starting in Greenwich and finishing on The Mall, cheering crowds line the course throughout to help cheer runners all the way to the finish.

Every three minutes a baby is born with a cleft which can lead to difficulties eating, breathing, hearing, and speaking. By supporting Smile Train and joining Team EMPOWER you will be raising funds which could help to provide children living with cleft access to a full range of cleft treatment services they would otherwise be unable to afford, and ultimately the opportunity of a healthy productive life.
