2020 North Cork AC Training Day

Sunday February 2nd @1pm - NCAC Trip to Nenagh Indoor Athletics Track

Training Day For Ages 7 - 17 - Online booking required to ensure enough spaces on bus - book ASAP before Thurs. 30th to confirm bus. PLACES LIMITED!

Organised as a fun, social trip and also as preparation for the upcoming Munster Indoor Athletics Championships for those who will be competing. Those not intending to compete are also welcome to attend.

Itinerary - Bus departs/travels from Banteer NS @ 11am - Mallow Kearys Garage 11:30am - Charleville Town Park 12pm - Arrive @ Nenagh @1pm

Parents are asked to book themselves or designate which adult will travel with their child on the bus to supervise for the day.

€12 per individual child/adult travelling to be paid online

€30 per family travelling to be paid online

Coaching fee: €5 per child, €8 for 2 or €10 for 3+ family members - to be paid to Michael Herlihy coaching and organising the event on the day at the track upon arrival to check in @ 1pm. 

Returning via Birdhill Service Station @~3:30pm

Charleville @~5:30pm, Mallow 6:00pm, Banteer ~6:30pm
