*********Covid-19 Update*********
The 2020 Liberties Fun Run was due to take place on Wednesday, 15th of July, 2020. However; in light of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the decision has been made to turn this years’ event in to a Virtual event.
Participants will now have from June 1st until July 31st to complete their 4 mile run/walk.
It can take place anywhere in the world, in your own time and at your own pace.
Please Note: We do ask participants to follow Government Advice in relation to social distancing and the distance you can travel from home for the purpose of exercising.
The Challenge:
The minimum distance to complete the challenge is 4 miles however; for those that wish to do a longer run/walk, you can create your own challenge and your own distance.
HOW MUCH IS THE ENTRY FEE?
ENTRY IS FREE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO FUNDRAISE for the event by raising a minimum of €100 in sponsorship. All proceeds go to the Nursing Department at St James’s Hospital.
If you do not wish to fundraise, the registration fee is €25 plus booking fees.
WHAT DO WE GET FOR OUR ENTRY FEE?
All participants will receive a technical running top and a souvenir medal.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION CLOSE?
Registration will close at midnight on Friday, 31st of July 2020.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REGISTER?
When you have registered on the website you will receive an email confirming your successful registration.
I HAVE DONE MY RUN, WHEN DO I GET MY MEDAL & T-SHIRT?
When you have completed your run/walk, simply forward proof of your completed distance to [email protected]
Our lead time is 6-8 weeks from order so we plan to ship them out in Early August.
