With Pen Y Fan being the highest mountain in South Wales, it remains a challenge and an achievement just to reach the top.
Tenovus Cancer Care are fortuate to be working with the organisers of this iconic event; 10YFAN, who have upped the challenge to... 10!
Pen Y Fan is 2,907 ft and Everest is 29,029 feet, so you could say that if you completed 10YFan, it is the equivalent of climbing Everest. You don’t need oxygen, snow boots or a tent though... just a lot of determination! Whether you complete one climb or ten, it’s an amazing accomplishment!
By teaming up with Tenovus Cancer Care, you will receive all the benefits as a regular participant while also raising funds to support our vital services. We will also send you a 'Team Tenovus' top, a fundraising toolkit, games and ideas to help boost your fundriasing and other suprises along the way.
Both Tenovus Cancer Care and the organisers of 10YFAN will support and encourage you on every step of your journey to make your 10YFAN something to remember.
We only ask that you aim to raise £200 as part of your experience but typically, we see 10YFAN participants raise as much as £1,000, or even more.
