By registering, you agree to participate in this event entirely at your own risk. You agree that The Mizen Foundation shall not be liable in any way for any injury, loss, damage or death resulting from participation in the event. You agree that you are unaware of any medical condition or other reason why you should not participate in the event. THE MIZEN FOUNDATION STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE STARTING THEIR CHALLENGE AND TAKE OUT PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR THIS EVENT.

Participation in some of the charity’s events requires a minimum pledge, which will be highlighted at the point of registration. In these cases only, you pledge to raise the minimum amount of sponsorship required to participate in the event.

By participating, you confirm you are happy for any photographs and videos to be taken during this event to be used by The Mizen Foundation to publicise future events and The Mizen Foundation generally. 

If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be offered (excluding the registration fee). By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set out above and consent to The Mizen Foundation holding your personal details confidentially for the express purpose of participating in the event.
