Who will you walk for this July?

The Wakefield Hospice Memory Walk returns on Saturday 15^th July, starting at 7pm. Join us to remember those special people who are sadly no longer with us and celebrate their memory as we come together for a sunset walk this summer.

The event will start and finish at event sponsors OE Electrics (Calder Park, WF4 3GH) with participants given the chance to complete a five or eight mile route in memory of their loved ones.

Last year’s event saw hundreds of walkers of all ages come together in their favourite pyjamas for our themed Memory Walk. This year there is no specific theme, more so an event inclusive for all to come and walk in memory of your loved ones. However, if you want to grab your PJ’s, get dressed up or surprise us, you are more than welcome to do so.

All finishers will receive a finisher’s gift, food and drink, plus the gratification and peace of mind that your efforts and fundraising will help to ensure our amazing nurses and care team can continue to provide specialist end of life care to our patients and their families. We simply couldn’t do what we do without your support.
